Let’s face it.  Most pizza places are pizza factories more concentrated on volume than quality.  Pizzi Café is different.  In the early 1930’s Italian immigrants Tony and Mary Pizzi (see their photos on our home page) opened a neighborhood “watering hole” in Conneaut, Ohio.  At that time it was simply called “TONY PIZZI”.  A few years later Tony went to the East coast for a family get together and brought back to Conneaut a pizza recipe.  The rest, as they say, is history.  In 1939 the business was changed to Pizzi Café and 67 years later is still serving the pizza that made it famous.  Everything in our kitchen is prepared fresh every day and only the highest quality ingredients are used.  Our ovens don’t look like a conveyor belt and food quality, not time, determines when our products are served.

OK.  At this point we have determined you want the best pizza but are too far away and not going to be in the area anytime soon.  No problem.  We can help.  What we can do is send you an overnight frozen shipment of our traditional 12” Pizzi Café pizzas.  There are four pizzas to a box.  So you can order as many as you want but in multiples of four.  Your pizzas will be shipped in a state of the art, EXPENSIVE and re-usable Styrofoam and cardboard shipping box designed just for perishables.  .
